Terms of Use and Distribution of “Ukrainska Informatsiia” Materials
All materials (including texts, photographs, videos, infographics, and audio) published on the ukraineinfo.com.ua website and its subdomains are subject to copyright and are the property of the “Ukrainska Informatsiia” publication. We value the dissemination of information but demand strict compliance with copyright laws.
1. Terms of Use for Textual Materials Partial or full use of textual materials is permitted only under the following conditions:
- Written Permission: Prior written consent must be obtained from the Editorial Board.
- Hyperlink: A direct hyperlink to the original material, open for search engine indexing, must be included.
- Placement: The link must be located in the first paragraph of the publication.
- Attribution Format: Source attribution in the format: “As reported by Ukrainska Informatsiia…”.
2. Use of Multimedia Content (Photos and Videos) “Ukrainska Informatsiia” holds exclusive property rights to all published photo and video materials (unless otherwise stated or noted in the source credits).
- Strict Prohibition: Any use, reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of photos/videos is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Editorial Board.
- The presence of a logo or a source credit does not constitute grounds for the automatic use of visual content.
3. Liability and Copyright
- Work for Hire: All articles, interviews, and analytical research are considered “works for hire” created by our authors. Exclusive property rights belong to the “Ukrainska Informatsiia” publication.

4. What Constitutes an Infringement (Illegal Use) Any activity without the Editorial Board’s permission is a violation of the law, including:
- Republication, copying, or adaptation of content for other media outlets.
- Fragmentary quoting that distorts the essence of the material.
- Use of content for commercial, political, or promotional purposes.
Copyright infringement entails civil, administrative, and criminal liability in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and international law.
