The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine announced an important innovation: the eQueue system is actively expanding to passenger cars. From June 2026, passenger car drivers can finally book a border crossing time online through the Diia application , the website and the eQueue mobile application on their phone. The service is available to both Ukrainians and foreigners.

The electronic queue booking service for border crossings for passenger cars operates at all major automobile checkpoints, where the e-Queue for commercial vehicles is already in operation .
The main innovation is the ability to electronically reserve a place in the queue for passenger cars . Now you don’t have to stand in a live queue at the border for hours. Just go to Diya or e-Queue before starting your trip, select a checkpoint, date and time, and get a slot.
