The Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine (“Ramstein”) held a regular meeting, at which the partners announced new significant assistance packages. According to the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, which he made on his Telegram channel , the emphasis is on strengthening air defense and developing the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the field of UAVs.

Key partner decisions
In general, there was a lot of information, but to make this material interesting and useful to you, we in our editorial office of Ukrainian Information briefly systematized the main support for each country in a list:
Germany
First on the list and the largest contributor is Germany — $4 billion to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense. Additionally, Berlin is allocating $600 million to develop deep strike and mid strike capabilities.
Great Britain
In second place is London, which provides the largest package of support in the field of drones for the entire current year – at least 120 thousand UAVs.
Netherlands
Third on our list. In total, about €248 million is allocated for the development of UAVs.

Norway
Another country that allocates $560 million for basic drone support for brigades and $150 million for the creation of a logistics hub.
Spain
Spain is opening up in a new way, as it has recently allocated €215 million as part of the SAFE initiative , and is also further strengthening its air defense with missiles for Patriot systems.
Canada
A country with a large Ukrainian diaspora has supported us from the first days and in 2026 will make additional contributions: $15 million to the NSATU fund, $42 million to the Czech initiative, and $17 million for critical engineering equipment.
Lithuania
Allocates $39 million to the Czech initiative, $29 million to PURL, and also transfers armored vehicles and supports the rehabilitation of Ukrainian military personnel.
Belgium
Allocates €75 million to the Czech initiative, €75 million to the German air defense initiative, and €85 million to the drone coalition. Also supports the F-16 program and increases sanctions pressure on the Russian shadow fleet.

Estonia
Joins the PURL initiative — $13 million to strengthen air defense.
The PURL Initiative and Other Important Signals
Fedorov also noted the initiative to strengthen air defense launched by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius. Currently, €2 billion has been attracted for urgent deliveries within the framework of PURL .
There were also important signals of support from the UK, Germany and Canada for further expansion of cooperation.
New AI project
Among the important novelties of the meeting is that during the session, Ukraine presented to its partners a new project on training artificial intelligence on real combat data. This is an important step in developing technological superiority on the battlefield.
Ukraine’s priorities remain unchanged
According to the minister, the main areas of assistance that Ukraine focuses on are:
- Strengthening air defense
- Development of drones and missile systems
- Providing the front with extended-range ammunition
