Hotline number of the CCC of Chernivtsi and the region: find out where a person is or leave a complaint

Now, during the period of martial law, many issues arise that require personal interaction with territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCK and SP), especially in the city of Chernivtsi and the region, as there are more and more issues that cannot be resolved through the Reserve+ or Army+ application.

Citizens or their relatives often need information about the whereabouts of a conscript who has been detained or wish to report violations of the procedures for detaining a person in the Chernivtsi region. To ensure transparency and prompt response to such and other cases, the Ministry of Defense publishes on its website a network of contact telephone numbers and hotlines of the CCC and SP in the Chernivtsi region.

  1. To find out the whereabouts of a person after their detention: You should call the person on duty at the CCC in the area (district) where they were detained. Be prepared to provide your full name, first name, patronymic, and date of birth. If you are requesting information on behalf of a relative, provide documents confirming the family relationship.
  2. To file a complaint: If you have noticed a violation by CCC employees, it is best to use the hotline number 0800509340 or write to the email address of the regional center (ovk_cv@post.mil.gov.ua), describing in detail the circumstances of the incident. You will also have to provide your details, as anonymous applications may remain without consideration. Be sure to request registration of your application, and in the case of a written request, provide an official written response.
  3. Electronic correspondence: E-mail is a reliable way to submit written requests, as it creates a digital trace of your request. And it obliges you to provide an official document with a seal and signature in response, which can be evidence and form the basis for an appeal to the court or other authorities.

Thanks to the presence of contacts of each individual department, residents and guests of the city of Chernivtsi and the region have the opportunity to promptly receive information and protect their rights within the framework of current legislation.
