Hotline for complaints and searching for a person in the CCC of Odessa: Izmailsky, Podolsky, Rozdilnyansky and Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky

To ensure transparency and prompt communication between citizens and the CCC in the Odessa region, there is an extensive network of contact telephones (hotlines) and emergency telephone numbers of territorial recruitment and social support centers (CCC and SP), for obtaining information about the location of a person detained by the CCC and SP, obtaining information on one’s own case, as well as for complaints about violations of their powers by officials.

This article is based on the mobile phone contacts and postal addresses for communication, as well as operational hotlines for obtaining information from the Izmail, Podolsk, Rozdilnyan, and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi districts , which can be used to obtain consultations or search for information about the whereabouts of individuals, published on the official website of the Ministry of Defense.

How to properly file a complaint or find a person?

  1. Searching for a person: If you need to find out about the location of a person, it is best to call the operational officer on duty at the relevant district CCC or department where this person may have been registered or was detained.
  2. Filing a complaint: To record violations or illegal actions, it is recommended to use the hotlines for citizens to appeal . If the issue is not resolved at the district level, call the regional hotline (0800507810).
  3. Written requests: In cases requiring an official response, use the specified e-mail addresses to send e-mails with a detailed description of the situation.

Important: When applying, be prepared to provide complete personal information (full name, date of birth), your relationship with the conscript you wish to receive information about, and clearly state the essence of your request or claim.
