Kremenchuk is not only one of the largest hubs in the region, but also significant in terms of the number of conscripts registered there, so to quickly obtain information about the location of persons called up through this center, or for conscripts themselves to obtain details regarding their personal file, you should contact the following telephone numbers:

Lubenskyi RTCC and SP: How to call
For residents of Luben and the district, separate communication channels are provided for submitting complaints and clarifying data:

How to leave a complaint or find out about the location of a person in the Poltava region?
According to information from official sources, citizens have the right to contact the “Hotlines” to receive clarifications regarding mobilization processes and protect their rights.
Algorithm of actions:
- Determining the CCC unit responsible for the case or a specific conscript: Find the phone number of the department where the person was or where the conflict arose. For example, for the Myrhorod district, the relevant number would be (05355) 4-60-24.
- Call the emergency officer: If you urgently need to find out whether a person is in the CCC premises, it is better to use the emergency officer numbers (usually starting with 067).
- Filing a complaint: To record violations (illegal actions, ignoring health conditions, etc.), call the regional hotline 0-800-502-992 or write to the email address of the relevant CCC.
Important: When applying, be prepared to provide the full name of the person you are asking about and provide facts confirming the essence of the complaint and your own data confirming the right to apply, such as family ties to the conscript (mother, wife, etc.). All emails must be sent in compliance with the requirements of the Law “On Citizens’ Applications” (clear statement of the circumstances and contact details of the applicant).
