What is the correct procedure when applying?
- Searching for a person: If you have lost contact with a relative, first call the operational duty officer in the district where the detention took place. It is the duty officer who has the lists of people currently in the center.
- Complaint about the actions of the CCC: If you witness illegal actions, use the number 0800-502-979 (Kyiv) or (800) 505-181 (Region). Record the time of the call and the name of the operator who accepted the appeal.
- Remote Inquiry: To receive an official response regarding the status of your case or confirmation of your conscript status, use the email address of the relevant CCC. This creates a legal trail of your request.
Important: When contacting by phone, be prepared to provide the person’s full name, date of birth, and, if possible, military ID or registration certificate number. Also, request to be provided with the registration number of your call and an official response to your email.
