How to properly leave a complaint?

If you believe that your rights have been violated, or you have witnessed unlawful actions by CCC employees, we recommend that you act as follows:

  1. Oral request: Call the citizen hotline (0800) 50-29-59 . Clearly record the time of the call and the name of the operator and ask to be given the registration number of your application.
  2. Official E-mail: Send a written complaint to the email address of the regional CCC: ztovk@post.mil.gov.ua . In the letter, be sure to indicate your full name, contact details and a detailed description of the situation.
  3. Local level: Each district department has its own e-mail (for example, for the Zhytomyr City CCC ztomvk_vk@post.mil.gov.ua ), which allows you to contact local management directly.
