Hotline number of the CCC of Cherkasy and the region: how to find out the location of a person or file a complaint

Today, there are often cases among residents and guests of Cherkasy and the Cherkasy region, such as in such areas as Zvenigorodsky, Zolotonosha, Umansky, and Cherkasy, when it is urgently necessary to establish communication with military management bodies (TCK and SP) to resolve urgent problems and ask questions or leave complaints.

Often, relatives of conscripts or citizens themselves often need operational information about their case or the location of persons who have been detained and taken to the recruitment center, citizens themselves, without clarification of the legislation, do not always know the procedure or all the rules of military registration. Or, conversely, they need to record a complaint about the actions of officials. To ensure transparency and feedback from the CCC and the SP in the Cherkasy region, the Ministry of Defense provides an extensive network of “hotlines” and on-call services for familiarization .

How to leave a complaint?

If you encounter a violation of rights or unlawful actions by CCC employees, you can:

  1. Call the regional hotline about the pit, which we wrote in detail above, at the number: 0-800-505-609. This is the fastest way to report an incident.
  2. Send an email: Write a detailed complaint to the OTCK address (cherkasy_otck@post.mil.gov.ua) or to the email of a specific district unit, indicating the required data: full name, information about yourself, and confirmation of family ties for relatives. In the letter, be sure to indicate your contact details for feedback, the essence of the problem and, if possible, attach evidence.
  3. Please note that anonymous requests may be left without consideration.

A few more tips when applying

  • When calling the emergency operator, clearly state the last name, first name, and patronymic of the person you are inquiring about and request that your request be registered by number.
  • Record the time of the call and the name of the person who answered your call so that you have evidence.
  • For official responses that may be used in legal proceedings, it is better to use email correspondence.

Knowing these contacts will help you protect your rights and quickly receive information in critical situations.
