What to do if you need to leave a complaint or find a person?

The search for a person is carried out by calling the hotline of the CCC and the SP in the Kropyvnytskyi district or the region where the detention took place: If you are looking for a relative who was taken to the CCC, it is best to start by calling the operational duty officer of the relevant district or city center. Filing a complaint against the actions of authorized persons of the CCC and the SP:

  1. Oral format: You can call the hotline for citizens’ appeals . These are specialized numbers created specifically for registering requests, comments, and complaints about the work of employees or other authorized persons of the CCC and the SP.
  2. Written format: In order for your complaint to have official status and you to have the right to demand an official written response, it is recommended to send your appeal to the specified e-mail addresses (E-mail) . In the letter, be sure to indicate your full name, contact details and describe the situation in detail.

Tip: When making a call or sending an official letter, introduce yourself (full name), provide information about who you are, if you are a relative, provide proof of family ties if you are requesting information for someone other than yourself, record the time of the conversation and the name of the person who accepted your request, request the official registration number of your request as evidence in the future. This will help in the future if you need to appeal the inaction or obtain confirmation of the fact of the request.
