Today, residents of the Vinnytsia region and guests of the city constantly have many questions regarding compliance with military registration rules and which require interaction with the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCK and SP) of Vinnytsia, Haisyn, Zhmerynka, Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Tulchyn or Khmilnyk during the period of martial law.

So verified hotline contacts are not just important, but absolutely necessary for many citizens. Or even their relatives to find out the whereabouts of a person (conscript ) who was detained and taken to the CCC and the Joint Service of Vinnytsia region. How to find out where a person is: district offices

If you are looking for information about a specific person who may have been detained, it is advisable to contact the district or city recruitment centers directly at the place of registration or possible stay of the person. Each department has its own operational officer on duty , who has information about current events.

How to leave a complaint?

If you encounter violations or wrongdoing, the law provides several ways to file a complaint:

  1. Oral call to the hotline: Use the number 0-800-507-693 to have your request recorded by the operator.
  2. Electronic appeal: Send a detailed description of the situation, indicating the date, time, and names (confirmation of family ties if you are requesting information on behalf of a relative), to the official mailbox of the regional center — vin_ovk@post.mil.gov.ua .
  3. Written appeal to the district office: You can send a complaint to the email of the relevant district RTCK (for example, hmilnyk_rtck@post.mil.gov.ua for Khmilnytskyi district) in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals” .
