Today, when compliance with military registration rules is important for many situations. Especially when the issue concerns obtaining information about one’s status or the need to promptly obtain data on a personal file or a submitted application, or even for relatives to find out about the whereabouts of a conscript who was taken to the CCC, having the official hotline number of a specific CCC at hand for residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region is extremely necessary.
So, in this article, based on the official contact hotline numbers of the CCC of Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianskyi and other cities of the Dnipropetrovsk region, publicly distributed on its website by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, we have compiled a table that you can use and save for later use to obtain information on the location of a person who was taken away by the CCC or to report violations in the mobilization process, based on verified contacts of the relevant authorities.

How to leave a complaint
If you consider the actions of CCC representatives to be unlawful, you can complain by calling or sending an official letter for consideration to the following contacts:
- Call the hotline: 0800-507-089.
- Contact the operational duty officer of the regional CCC: (056) 770-83-76 or (067) 725-31-61.
- Send an official complaint to E-mail: tckspdp@post.mil.gov.ua.
Important: When applying, be sure to indicate the last name, first name and patronymic of the person whose rights were violated, as well as the details of the incident (time, place, RTCC number). All applications are recorded and subject to verification in accordance with current legislation. Demand to be provided with evidence of the application in the form of registration. Also, do not forget to write down who you communicated with, their title, position or other data.
Please note that relatives must provide proof of family relationship to obtain powers of representation and access to information.
