  1. Stay calm and find out the area: then find the contact or emergency hotline number from our list and call. If you do not receive a response, you can write an official letter to the email address. Also ask the police witnesses to which area the person was taken.
  2. Check status: The operational officer on duty is required to provide information on whether the person is in the institution for data clarification or passing the VLK.

How to properly leave a complaint?

If you consider the actions of CCC representatives to be unlawful, or a subject of authority refuses to fulfill their duties or exceeds the powers granted:

  • Oral: Call the regional hotline at 0 800 509 390 .
  • In writing: Send a formal request or complaint to the relevant CCC email address (addresses listed above). Please provide your full name, circumstances of the incident, and contact details.
  • In person: Contact the head of the CCC on public reception days.

Important: Official e-mail requests are recorded in the document management system, which obliges the institution to provide an official response.
