How to find a person who was taken to the CCC?

If contact with a relative is interrupted after a meeting with representatives of the CCC, we recommend following the following algorithm:

  1. Call the district hotline: First, call the CCC department at the place of residence or the place where the person was detained.
  2. Appeal to the regional duty officer: If the district department does not provide information, call the operational duty officer of the Khmelnytskyi OTCC at (0382)72-05-13 .
  3. Written request: Send an email to the relevant CCC (addresses listed above) requesting the person’s whereabouts. This will officially record your request.

How to leave a complaint about the actions of the CCC in the Khmelnytskyi region?
