How to find out a person’s location through the TCC?

To obtain information about the stay of a conscript, it is best to contact the operational duty officer of the relevant RTCC or the regional hotline.

Tip: Prepare the full surname, first name, patronymic and date of birth of the person. A document confirming the family relationship or power of attorney. If a phone call does not yield results, you have the right to send a written request to the e-mail address of the CCC (for example, for the Kharkiv region: khar_kh_tck@post.mil.gov.ua).

How to leave a complaint about the actions of the CCC?

If you encounter illegal actions by officials of the territorial staffing center, the algorithm is as follows:
