Hotline number of the CCC of Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, Khust: find out where a person is or leave a complaint

Every day, many people from Transcarpathia during the period of martial law are faced with the issue of establishing urgent communication with local bodies of the CCC and the SP in order to resolve military draft issues, resolve issues with a wanted person or fine, or establish the whereabouts of a person after detention.

However, in practice, there are often situations when you urgently need to find out the whereabouts of a conscript, get advice or leave an official complaint about the actions of representatives of the CCC in the Transcarpathian region, but there is no hotline number anywhere, the numbers are either switched off or not working. Therefore, in such moments, it is worth using verified phone numbers and email addresses that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine publishes on its website . For your convenience, we have systematized this data in the table below so that you no longer have to search for the necessary contacts for a long time and call dubious numbers.

The main hotline of the main Transcarpathian OTCC and SP

  • Hotline for citizens’ appeals: (066)-033-80-24 .
  • Operational duty officer (24/7): (067)-72-56-756 or (0312)64-70-97 .
  • Email for inquiries: zakotck@post.mil.gov.ua .

How to act correctly?

hotline for complaints about the CCC to the Ministry of Defense
  1. If you are looking for a detained person: it is best to call the number of the operational duty officer of the relevant district or Transcarpathian region. It is the duty officer who records the arrival and stay of persons within the institution.
  2. If you want to leave a complaint: use the hotline numbers for citizens’ appeals . It is also recommended to duplicate the complaint in writing to the specified e-mail addresses for official recording of the appeal.
  3. E-mail: There is a separate e-mail for each unit (for example, for Beregivskyi — berrtck@post.mil.gov.ua , for Tyachivskyi — tacrtck@post.mil.gov.ua ), which allows you to send documents and official requests.

Important: When contacting us, clearly state the last name, first name, and patronymic of the person you are inquiring about, and the nature of your request or complaint. This will speed up the consideration of your issue by officials.
