How to leave a complaint or submit a request?

To file a complaint or clarify information about a person, it is recommended to use both telephone communication and e-mail if you could not get a response, no one picked up the phone and did not answer, or the phone number is outdated or not working. The e-mail address is indicated for each unit separately in our table above according to the MOU data. For example, for appeals to the Nizhyn RTTCK, you can write to nizhyn.omtck_sp@post.mil.gov.ua, and to Pryluky – to priluki.omtck_sp@post.mil.gov.ua.

The operational hotline of each unit (department) operates 24 hours a day to receive emergency messages, while the hotlines for citizens’ appeals are focused on providing consultations and considering claims in a working order. The presence of mobile numbers (mobile operators) greatly simplifies access to responsible persons even in conditions of unstable communication.
